3 Healthy Snacks to Have on Hand when Working from Home

If you’re anything like me, working from home means your office rounds usually include a few more trips to the fridge than when you were working your normal 9-5. Having healthy snacks on hand makes it easy to stay full and focused throughout your day. That’s why I’ve rounded up three of my favorite healthy snacks to help you take care of yourself so you can take care of business.

Number One – Super Food Cookie Dough

You didn’t think that just because they were healthy that they were going to be boring, did you? Sarah from Sarah’s Day on YouTube is one of my favorite inspirations when it comes to all things health and fitness. From recipe tutorials for healthy snacks and meals to workouts ideas, this is one health and fitness gal you’re going to want to become instant besties with!

Number Two – Extra Protein Oatmeal Bites

These are something I LOVE to make on Sundays and have in the fridge to pull from all week long. This healthy snack is so good you’ll be wondering if you’re eating something naughty! There are so many different variations of these, but I personally love this one I found on Pinterest from Bless This Mess. Feel free to mix it up with different flavored proteins or toppings. The possibilities are endless.

Number Three – Pre-Packed Smoothies

While smoothies have quickly become my favorite afternoon snack, they’re not always the quickest on time. I love prepping smoothie bags ahead of time and sticking them in the freezer. By prepping in advance, I’m able to enjoy my favorite healthy snack with the ease of knowing it’s not going to eat up too much time in my day. I love mixing up what smoothies I have every day.
