Comparison is the Thief of Joy

Comparison is definitely the thief of joy! I think this is especially hard for us women trying to get through our daily lives. We need more women leaders encouraging us, motivating us, and reminding us how beautiful we are. Like rocxceeinspires said, it “kills growth” and I cannot agree more! Excellent post!

Yes! I completely agree! The more leaders who encourage this self love and awareness of enjoying the season you’re in, the better!

Beautifully well said. Something we need to remind ourselves everyday, it can be hard not to compare but we need to stop doing so! I needed this today, thank you

Beautiful post! Anytime I suffer from comparing my self I am so much less joyful than if I’m not!

Love it. I wrote a post about this same issue just a couple weeks ago. Yours has a different take, but it’s comparison nonetheless and we definitely need to stop doing it. Way to send positive mestages out to the world.

Gosh, I needed to hear this! I struggle with comparison daily! These past few months I’ve been so discouraged for graduating way later than all of my friends! Thanks Mad! You spoke eloquently!
