Want to know my secret habit that keeps me going even when I don’t feel like it?
It’s probably more simple than you think.
Dreaming + problem solving out loud with someone else while moving my body every day.
As soon as Alex walks in the door after work, we both change into workout gear and take a stroll around the neighborhood. We dream as BIG as we possibly can and then we start to think of ways to get there.
I’m sure there’s some kind of science to this, but that honestly wasn’t my best subject in school. There’s something to getting your blood pumping while working through your biggest challenges out loud with someone, that leads to more answers.
The coolest part about this is that even when the conversation has ended and you’ve gone to sleep, your brain is still searching for the answers.
The past two weeks I’ve woken up in the middle of the night with solutions to things I COULD NOT figure out.
How amazing is that?! Your brain is so incredibly designed that it will work for you if you challenge it!
Don’t believe the lie that you’ll be stuck forever. You’re dreams + ideas don’t deserve to be abandoned for such a lame reason.
