Do you want to know the real reason why I started my podcast The Fearless Chase? Sure I wanted to empower women to chase after their biggest dreams and step into who they were created to be. But, at the core of why I decided to put so much work into creating a podcast I just wanted to know how others did it. Was there a number one thing that all successful entrepreneurs have?
How the heck did they start a multi-million dollar company? How did they become fashion stylists at QVC? How did they make it on Oprah’s Favorite Things? How did they make their health a priority while running a business and being a wife and mom and all the other things? How did they successfully reach some of their biggest goals leaving them our fearless leaders?
While everyone’s story was completely different, there was one thread that carried through them all. It was the number one thing that all successful entrepreneurs have – the ability to continually push themselves out of their comfort zone in order to grow.
At the beginning of every episode, a small part of me hopes that I’ll interview someone who was able to do it another (less painful) way, but each time, no matter who it is or what story they share the message is always the same.
Successfully reaching any goal means pushing through our fears to reach it on the other side. The only way to make that happen to jump both feet in the air and cannonball into the uncomfortable, uncertain, and unknown. You can’t dip a toe in and hope to get the splash of a belly flop. You’ve got to go all-in with everything you have.
How can you get comfortable with getting uncomfortable? What can you do on a regular basis to push you out of your comfort zone and into space where you’re able to truly learn and grow?
For me, it took getting in a space where I could create the momentum I needed to start and then surrounding myself with a group of friends to hold me accountable and keep me going when I felt like giving up.
That’s what The Fearless Chase is all about, connecting you with the tools and community YOU need to successfully reach your biggest dreams and create a life and business you love.
